Our Banking Automation Solutions business segment, which commenced in 2020, comprises the supply & installation of ATM machines, and other banking automation products & the provision of services, including maintenance, software and hardware upgrades and spare parts. We bring efficiency into the banking system by automating back-end and front-end applications through various high technology products such as ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, Transaction Terminals and other self-service facilities.
We provide our customers with hardware as well as software upgrade services. Hardware upgrades include the addition of certain components or modules to installed ATMs. Software upgrades allow banks to deliver new financial and non-financial products through their ATM networks and software integration when the Central Bank direct banks to incorporate new features in accordance with its policies.
Manufactured and assembled in-house, these high-performance machines are technologically superior and in accordance with global security standards. Having expertise in hardware and software integration, some of these machines have been reinstated with futuristic solutions to provide automated banking system. This includes Biometric identification, Voice recognition and Video Telling Machine (Novo v Teller) that enables instant KYC, instant card issuance etc.

Apart from aiding the banking sector with hardware and software solutions, we provide a suite of customized services supported by in-house trained personnel for testing and repairing along with a robust infrastructure of customer support center.
